Royal Mail. Get Less For More
I would like to begin this brief post by thanking royal mail for delivering all the orders i sent out in December.
Unfortunately i can't do that because out of 27items posted in the 2 weeks prior to Christmas you have managed to lose eight of them.
My dog could do better.
I am trying to run a small business but with such a disgusting failure rate i will be avoiding royal fail as much as possible. The fact that you have increased your prices for such a dismal service makes me more determined than ever
For any poor soul using this disgusting enterprise my advice is to make sure you get proof of posting, Photograph every single item you send and get at least 27 witnesses if you use a post box. I contacted these scumbags only to be told that without sending in all the evidence there is nothing they can do and my claim was auto closed.
ROYAL MAIL ARE SHITE...Nothing more i can say as i am off to pacify and refund 8 customers through no fault of my own. FCUK royal mail.
